Abbey sighed a little and walked upstairs sneaking past her relatives who were now in the living room. Sighing with relief Abbey walked into her room hoping she avoided her bratty little cousin. Abbey looked around and then feeling like she was safe, she plopped down on her bed eventually falling asleep.

Tia sat at a table in a local smoothie shop waiting for abbey. The smoothie was so hard to get through the straw though, especially when the little fruit pieces got stuck in it. ‘Damn why did smoothies have to be so thick’ Tia thought to herself. She was very happy this morning, because when she had gotten home she found her journal lying undisturbed on her bed. So she was very relieved that Shino hadn’t seen it, so to celebrate she was treating herself to a smoothie and a day of fun and relaxation with her best friend Abbey. Tia waited patiently for a while attempting to take another sip from her smoothie and gave up deciding it wasn’t worth the effort. She felt like Shikamaru at that time, but he wouldn’t even waste any energy to even come here though. She chuckled at that thought and pushed her smoothie aside, plopping her head on the table, and waiting.

Abbey woke from a loud ringing in her ear " Hey Abbey Wake up!" She bounced up in instant and turned he head to the side, to see her younger cousin smiling. "Casper" she seethed. She was just about to get even with the little bratty cousin when she saw her clock, it read " 6:30" Which made her realize that she was thirty minutes late. " Oh, crap Tia!" She pushed her cousin outside of her room and changed clothes real quick and noticed she had bad bed hair and put a baseball cap on and ran out side. She ran the few blocks till she had reached the smoothie shop, she pushed the door open and searched for Tia making sure she dint leave yet. Finally she had found her and ran over to the table and sat down beside her. " I'm so sorry that I am late! I fell asleep! Let me make it up to you by buying you a smoothie" she apologized.

Tia giggled slightly as she saw Abbey dash into the smoothie shop, and offer her a smoothie as an apology. Tia shook her head “No it’s alright. I’m used to it by now, besides…I’m not even halfway done mine.” She said with a laugh as Abbey sat down in the chair in front of her. Tia sighed “So, where should we go today?” She asked Abbey while giving up on her smoothie and pushing it aside.
